These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Azul Auto Detailing website and services. By booking or receiving services from Azul Auto Detailing (“Azul,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms.

1) Services
We provide professional auto detailing services, which may include mobile services and/or services at a designated location, depending on what you select during booking.

2) Estimates & Pricing
• Pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, paint condition, pet hair, excessive staining, or additional labor required.
• Any quote provided online, by phone, or by message is an estimate until we inspect the vehicle in person.
• If additional work is needed beyond the original scope, we will communicate options before proceeding.

3) Scheduling, Late Arrivals & Access
• Please ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and location.
• If the vehicle is not accessible, keys are unavailable, or the location prevents safe work (restricted access, towing risk, unsafe conditions), the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a service fee.
• If you will be late, notify us as soon as possible. We may need to reschedule based on the day’s schedule.

4) Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Certain services may require a deposit to reserve your appointment.
• Cancellations or reschedules within [24/48] hours of the appointment time may be subject to a fee or deposit forfeiture (if applicable).
• No-shows may be charged a fee or deposit forfeiture, where permitted.

5) Customer Responsibilities (Before Service)
To help ensure quality results:
• Remove personal items and valuables from the vehicle.
• Inform us of any pre-existing damage, sensitive electronics, aftermarket parts, paintwork, wraps, or special instructions.
• Provide a safe work area (for mobile services), including sufficient space and access to the vehicle. If your service requires water or power, we will confirm expectations during booking.

6) Results & Limitations
• Detailing and paint correction improve appearance but cannot guarantee “like-new” results for all vehicles.
• Some defects (deep scratches through clear coat/paint, rock chips, etching, severe oxidation, or prior poor repairs) may not be fully correctable.
• We will explain limitations after inspection and recommend the best approach.

7) Paint Correction & Coatings (Important)
• Paint correction removes a measurable amount of clear coat. We use paint-safe methods, but results depend on paint condition and previous work.
• Ceramic coatings require proper prep and maintenance to perform at their best. We may provide aftercare instructions; failure to follow aftercare may reduce coating performance.

8) Damage, Liability & Personal Property
• We take reasonable care when working on your vehicle. You agree to inform us of known issues (fragile trim, damaged clear coat, failing paint, prior repairs).
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not caused by our negligence.
• Please remove valuables. We are not responsible for loss of personal items left in the vehicle.

9) Photos & Marketing 
We may take before/after photos or videos for documentation and marketing. If you prefer we do not use your vehicle images, notify us in writing before service begins.

10) Payments
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We may accept card, cash, or approved digital payments.
• Returned payments or chargebacks may be subject to additional fees where permitted.

11) Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site functionality.

12) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates when changes were made.
