What a Memorial appointment involves
The biggest practical difference in Memorial is whether your home is in the City of Houston or in one of the Villages, which are separate cities with their own rules.
Houston or a Village? It matters
Bunker Hill, Hedwig, Hilshire, Hunters Creek, Piney Point and Spring Valley are six separate cities, each with its own rules. When you book, tell us which one you're in.
Posted work hours in the Villages
Hunters Creek Village posts work hours of Monday–Friday 8 AM–7 PM and Saturday 9 AM–6 PM, with no work on Sundays or holidays. Bunker Hill Village posts contractor hours of Monday–Friday 7 AM–6 PM and Saturday 8 AM–5 PM, with no work on Sundays or holidays. We schedule appointments in those Villages within their posted hours.
Deed-restricted subdivisions
Houston has no zoning, so many Memorial subdivisions rely on deed restrictions, such as Nottingham Forest. If your civic association has rules for service vendors, tell us and we'll follow them.
Heavily wooded means pollen
The yellow dust on Houston cars each spring is pine pollen. Under Memorial's tree cover, regular maintenance washes make the biggest difference.

Yes. We come to homes in Bunker Hill, Hedwig, Hilshire, Hunters Creek, Piney Point and Spring Valley Villages, and throughout the City of Houston's Memorial area.
Can you come on a Sunday in Hunters Creek or Bunker Hill Village?
Both Villages post no work on Sundays or holidays, so we schedule appointments there Monday through Saturday, within each Village's posted hours. Elsewhere in Memorial, Sunday appointments are available.
Can you detail my car at my Memorial City or Energy Corridor office?
Yes, if the property allows it. Check with your building or garage management first. We need a legal, safe space with enough clearance and ventilation, and we bring our own water, power and lighting.
How do I keep spring pine pollen off my car?
Rinse it off regularly rather than letting it sit. A recurring Azul Car Club visit through spring keeps it under control, and a ceramic coating makes the paint easier to clean.
How much does mobile detailing cost in Memorial?
The same as anywhere in greater Houston, with no automatic travel fee. Starting prices for a sedan or coupe, before applicable tax: Full Detail $249, Interior Detailing $229, Exterior Detailing $139, Paint Correction $549, Ceramic Coating $895 and the Azul Car Club $129 per visit. SUVs and larger vehicles cost more, and paint correction and ceramic coating are quoted after a free photo assessment.
How long does a mobile detail take?
A Full Detail takes about 3 to 4 hours, depending on vehicle size and condition. An Exterior Detail takes about 1.5 to 2.5 hours, an interior detail about 2.5 to 4.5 hours, and ceramic coating about 6 to 10 or more hours on site.
