What a Sienna appointment involves
Sienna is split between Missouri City's limits and its extraterritorial jurisdiction, with its own utility districts and community association. Here is how we handle the practical side.
City limits or ETJ? It can matter
Part of Sienna, the Steep Bank, Shipmans Landing and Waters Lake villages, has been inside Missouri City limits since August 2023. Most of the rest sits in Missouri City's extraterritorial jurisdiction and is served by its own utility districts. Tell us your address and we'll plan for the rules that apply.
Community association rules
Sienna has a community association with its own rules. We're there for a few hours and park on your driveway or at the curb, never on the lawn. If your section has rules for service vendors, tell us when you book.
Drought stages
Missouri City's drought contingency plan covers Sienna, inside and outside the city limits. From Stage 2, washing vehicles at home is limited to assigned days and hours, and Stage 4 bans it. If washing isn't allowed on your appointment day, we'll reschedule with you or focus on interior work.
Summer heat
Houston-area summers are hot. For polishing and ceramic coating, we may reschedule when surface temperatures would compromise the result.

Do you need my hose or an outdoor outlet?
Usually not. We carry a 40-gallon water tank and an onboard generator, so your water and power are helpful but generally not required.

How long does a mobile detail take?
A Full Detail takes about 3 to 4 hours, depending on vehicle size and condition. An Exterior Detail takes about 1.5 to 2.5 hours, an interior detail about 2.5 to 4.5 hours, and ceramic coating about 6 to 10 or more hours on site.
